Privacy

This is a static site with no accounts, no advertising network and no tracking pixels. Almost the only personal information here is an email address you chose to give us.

What we collect

Nothing, if you just read

Browsing clinic pages, the map, the rankings or the research creates no account, sets no tracking cookie and builds no profile of you. You do not have to identify yourself to use anything on this site, and there is no paywall that would ask you to.

Your email address, only if you give it

The update list asks for an email so we can tell you when the CDC publishes new clinic data — roughly once a year. We store the address and nothing else, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not pass it to clinics, sponsors or data licensees. Every message carries an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing removes the address.

What a clinic sends us

If you contact us to claim a listing or report a correction, we keep that correspondence and the business contact details in it, so we can verify the claim and show our working if the entry is ever questioned.

Ordinary server logs

Our host records standard request information — IP address, time, page, browser — for security and to keep the site up. We do not use it to build profiles and we do not combine it with anything else.

What we do not do

• No advertising networks, retargeting or behavioral profiling.
• No selling, renting or sharing of personal information. The data we license to employers and benefits teams is clinic outcome data from the federal registry — it contains no information about site visitors at all.
• No inference about your health. Reading a page about IVF or a particular diagnosis tells us nothing we store about you, and we do not treat browsing as a health record.
• No sale of a ranking, which is a different page but the same principle.

Third parties

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes requests and keeps the standard logs described above. Newsletter delivery uses Resend. Some clinic profiles show a Google rating, fetched when you open that panel, which means Google sees that request. Clinic websites linked from profiles are checked against Google Web Risk at build time, which involves the URL and not you. These are the only third parties involved, and none of them receives personal information from us for its own marketing.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the update list at any time using the link in any message, or by writing to us. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it — including correspondence — and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law; ask and we will honor them rather than make you prove you qualify.

Children

This site is written for adults making medical and financial decisions. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this changes — if analytics or advertising is ever added — this page is updated in the same release, not afterwards. Last updated October 7, 2026.
